We have a strange habit here at the Eagle photo department. Whenever the opportunity presents itself, we pay homage to our photojournalism heritage by shooting these silly "grip and grin" photos of one another.
Thank goodness this style of newspaper photography died a long time ago. The boss, Brian Corn, presents me with my "Best of the Eagle" photo award for 2007. Aw shucks.
